About
The objective
To be the person who tells you what your numbers actually say, and then moves the budget toward whatever is genuinely working.
Most accounts I inherit are not underspending. They are misreading. The conversion fires twice, or it fires on a page view, or the revenue never gets sent back to the platform at all, and every bid after that is placed against a number that was never real. So the order of work is fixed: tracking first, then the pages, then the campaigns, and the budget follows what closes rather than what converts.
The mission
Nothing gets reported as done until it has been checked.
That sounds small. In practice it is most of the job. In the last thirty days alone it caught a lead notification workflow that had been reported as working for three weeks and had never been built, a lead pipeline that died on a Tuesday while the dashboard stayed green, and a location exclusion that was confirmed in three separate places and was still running five days later.
A confirmation is a record that somebody intended to do something. A verification is a real record followed all the way to where it lands. I only report the second one.
What that has added up to
Over $4.4M of other people’s budget through Google and Meta, across 37 accounts and 8 markets. One account alone has taken $2.01M in the seven months I have run it, going from about $91,000 a month to $287,000 while the cost per lead moved roughly ten dollars.
The rest is on the case studies: a Shopping account flat for a year that lifted conversions 189% in 77 days on a feed rebuild rather than a budget increase, a €20,197 Shopping budget that returned €291,593, a law firm account at $100K a month where cost per conversion fell 65.7% while leads rose 188%.
How I work
I am one person, not an agency, and the account you hire me for is the account I am in. You talk to whoever is making the changes, you get told when something is not working rather than a monthly deck that says everything is on track, and the reasoning behind every decision is written down rather than held in somebody’s head.
If a number in any of this does not survive a follow-up question, it should not be here. Ask me the follow-up question.
FOUNDER
I am Haris Abbas. I do performance marketing for clients across the US, UK and EU, mostly Google and Meta, and I have put over $4.4M of other people’s budget through those platforms. One account alone has taken $2.01M in the seven months I have run it. I lead with tracking because most accounts I inherit are being optimized toward numbers that were never real.
Get more tROAS. is me. Not a forty person agency handing your account to whoever started on Monday. You talk to the person running the campaigns, and you get told when something is not working rather than a monthly deck that says everything is on track.
Currently managing over $50K a month in spend, and reporting in whatever timezone you are in.
